Before your visit
Do accompanying guests pay? What about children?
Accompanying guests who do not play enter free. Adults who want to play also need a ticket. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the arena. Parents and guardians can watch the experience on the venue’s TVs.
How do I get there and how early should I arrive?
We are on the 2nd floor of Estação Santa Mônica, at Rua Valter Mussi, 61. There is a lift, paid parking in the building and parking nearby. Arrive 15–20 minutes before your game; party arrival and setup times are arranged with our team.
Can I bring food to a game session?
Regular visits and VIP Game do not allow outside food. Drinks are sold at the venue, and Estação Santa Mônica has places to eat. Birthday and corporate events have their own catering arrangements.
